I. 🛡️ HEALTH BENEFITS: THE SYNERGY OF GINGEROL & EUGENOL

II. ☕ RECIPE: THE GINGER-CLOVE WARMING TEA

  3. Serve: Strain the liquid into a mug. Add lemon juice and honey to taste (if desired).

⚠️ IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

  • Potency: This is a strong tonic. Start with a smaller amount of cloves (3–5) if you have a sensitive stomach, as the oils can cause mild irritation.
  • Medication Interaction: Ginger has mild blood-thinning properties, and cloves can affect blood sugar.7 Consult your doctor if you are taking blood thinners (like Warfarin) or diabetes medication.
